Don Young earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration/Business Management from West Chester State University with two additional years continued education in Business Management from Temple University. With over 30 years of multiline claims experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance profession, he possesses an extensive Upper and Lower-level Management, and Senior Level Adjuster, Insurance and Claims background, as well as having been licensed as a Property and Casualty Insurance agent. He holds adjusting licenses in multiple jurisdictions, as well as having an AIC and a Supervisory Management Designation from the Insurance Institute of America. Don is a member of the Southern Nevada Claims Association and a former member of the Philadelphia/Montgomery County and Delaware/Bucks County, PA Claims Associations.
